My personal opinion (and strictly mine) is that the rim size should be roughly 1/2 (+/- 1 inch) the tire size. 33 = 16/17 inch rims. 35 =17/18 in rims. I think if you go to small rim that the tires look like donuts and if the rims are to big then they look like pizza cutters.Changing wheel or tire width an inch or two with 15’ wheels is not such a big deal. With an 18 or 19 inch wheel 10 something wide with 30 or 35 profile tires, even ½†matters.
