The mint had only recently added the P mintmark to its 10-cent coins, beginning in 1980. Previously, coins from the Philadelphia facility bore no mintmark.This is a very nice 1969 D Dime that to me has a repunched mint mark as well as other abnormalities. So you can have a look and make your own judgements. I didn't have the coin graded because in of itself it is a coin that is very desirable and would be great for your coin collection. The "W" in WE has a little wear and there is some dirt on the reverse that can be cleaned up .Not bad looking ...
