You'd be fine running 4:11 gears and 35s but would lose quite a bit of power. I ran my 05 Rubi with the same 6 speed manual for half a year and 35s and it did ok. Ended up re-gearing to 4:88 to get some of the power back, especially up in the mountains.

Your tire diameters have a bigger difference than that due to air pressure and wear.
