Took a bit of figuring out but once I cut everything to length I put a nice curve in it to match the roof using an arbor press and some patience. Drilled out clearance holes on the inside 80/20 ...You should remove the factory rails and fasten it directly to the roof. You’ll be putting weight really high up. 2" in height with side profile, thought about the rail removal. Overall height from actual roof is 6" top. Weight of rack is approx 40-45 lbs.
