I think it should be high load always on power at 30. The switched side is pin 87 leading to the rear defog fuse. PIn 85 is ground and its expecting a voltage on 86 from somewhere to turn the relay on. If that is correct .. my next step is to find out where pin 86 is supposed to be getting power from and why its not.Repairs can be made ideally at temperatures from 50°F to 75°F (10°C to 24°C). 1.
