Everquest 2 mercenaries
Class/merc duo recommendation. Guild issues are making me take a break from Kaladim for a while so I'm planning a solo playthrough from lvl 1 on live. Will be level locking so I can clear all content before moving on. Can anyone recommend a class and suitable merc pairing that will be fun to play while breezing through heroic and most raid content?All Accolades that I know of are at least level 100. At lower levels, you're just leveling up your merc in preparation for level 100+. I don't think I've tried a dedicated tank. I usually select a healer, sometimes a bard or something if playing with friends and we have a healer.

You are correct that you can only train one at a time. If you've started training a specific level on one and then change your mind and start training another one, the training time from the first mercenary is applied to the other one (although I don't remember if it's a 1:1 conversion.)
