Superspeed is only really useful in combat, as it allows you to move at swiftness levels. And similar is true for that relic. it makes Swiftness become a +66% speed boon, superspeed is a +100% speed buff.The benefit of the legendary relic will be that you don't have to spend currency purchasing multiple copies of unlocked relics, and you don't have to keep many different soulbound relics in your inventory. If you only ever play one character with 2 builds, then sure, you're not going to get the most out of it.
