Hard to Shift - Mule 3010 Trans 4x4. I am having trouble changing from FWD to REV and back to FWD. There seems like something is not letting it out of gear and into Nuetral. It takes a bit of force and some grinding to shift. It usually happens when on an incline, but sometimes on flat ground too... Barring a clutch or belt maintenance issue, I ...Specifically, it is very slow to engage reverse. I select reverse and hit the gas and the RPMs just increase, but the car just sits there. After about 4 or 5 seconds, it slides into reverse. Drive is altogether normal. Looked underneath, no leaks or drips. Can't check Transmission fluid without taking a wrench to it it would seem.
