What's odd is Howell claims you need the 5-port CTO for CA, but their diagram shows a 4-port. Even more odd is why would CA require a 5-port, when a 2-port performs the exact same function, with less clutter. I don't know how you left coast boys can live there. ….

But keep in mind that if you chose to use the fuel only Howell TBI system vice a complete TBI system with fuel and timing control, you still will not see the full benefit of running an EGR. The GM system changes the AFR and adjust the timing to allow a more efficient EGR operation.
