(KGET) — Westbound Highway 58 was temporarily closed near Tehachapi due to a semi-truck crash, according to Caltrans and the California Highway Patrol Incident Page.Unprecedented blizzard conditions expected in local mountains. A wreck on Highway 58 shut down the eastbound lanes to all traffic shortly after it started snowing heavily around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday. Minutes later in the same vicinity, a second traffic accident shut the westbound lanes. The California Highway Patrol shut both sides of the highway.
