The line wouldn't show up occasionally on Madden 22 but only in Madden 23 has the entire not appeared for me. 9.My guess would be that you're exceeding the AP limit and not the XFactor limit. There are no coordinators available since for some reason EA only made enough for each team and don't allow extras passed staff signing. So once staff signing is over there are no more coordinators to sign. You will have to go create a coach or owner for another team and fire their Coordinator.
