The Online Update then core downloader thing didn't work so I was wondering how to do this. I'm looking for the Mupen+ Core. Since I'm on PS3 I can't make a log sorry. There is no N64 core for PS3. PS3 lacks the GL capabilities needed by the N64 cores.

How's the n64 performance compared to stock? I heard that dedicated emulators usually perform a little but better than retroarch cores, and wish the stock os came with one. I understand that a new OS won't be a magic bullet to make n64 completly compatible, but if it bumps up a few games that just barely don't work, I would dive in.Once done, save core input config file and active the rumble pak in core -> controller settings in mupen. Ah, so if anyone else is experiencing this, I opened up notepad and cleared settings referencing "parallel-n64" in the retroarch-core-options.cfg and that resolved it. Edit: Upon further investigation, seems to be a problem with the gliden64 plugin.
