Quest 2 black screen after meta logo
Nothing would work. I finally had to try the factory reset again, and now it’s just stuck on a black screen (backlit). The meta logo shows, the setup music plays, but the screen is just blank. It’s pretty upsetting, as this is a brand new device, and I was just really getting into using it. ... My Quest 2 is doing the exact same thing! UGH ...When I turned the Meta Quest 2 on after having charged it, I have a white dot in the middle of my screen. The white dot hovers over spots on the screen with the possible selection options. However, the unit is not responsive to the controllers. The Meta Quest2 is only a week old. We have tried rebooting it to no avail.
