I am and have been desperately trying to reenlist and get back in the Army since the beginning of 2015.I served from May 16, 2006 until January 22, 2010.My last duty assignment was with the 28th Combat Support hospital out of Ft Bragg, NC.My RE code is 3 I think. I made some minor mistakes while deployed to Iraq.Jan 19, 2015 · I received a 2Q reentry code - medically retired/discharged. I believe, somewhere along my journey, I was told this would be like getting a 4 code changed, hence the confusion. I was told in '06 that an RE3 was what prevented me from re-enlisting in the NG.
